Tracking, processing times, delivery
Artwork is shipped by Russian Post with tracking. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between two to four weeks for regular post depending on your location. If you are within Russia shipping will usually take 3 to 7 business days.
All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the order and location of delivery.
Will I have to pay for customs & duties?
International customers may be subjected to additional taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery. Unfortunately, Sasha Solomon Art has no control on how these local fees are calculated or assigned. Sasha Solomon Art is not liable for any additional costs that may be incurred after the item has been shipped. Please consult your local post office for more information.
What currency is used in your store?
All transactions will be processed in US Dollars and the checkout page will default to US Dollars regardless of your shopping currency. The currency conversion may be displayed for guidance only and may differ to the conversion rate charged by your credit card issuer.
Processing and Delivery
Please keep in mind that the delivery times we give you are estimates only. The actual delivery time will have many contributing factors. Please reach out to us before placing your order if it is time-sensitive. Sasha Solomont Art processing policy is between 2-5 business days (excludes weekends).
Once your order is shipped, Russian Post can take up to two-four weeks to deliver some packages. While Sasha Solomont Art takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods once your order is shipped, we will investigate your specific situation and ensure we work towards an appropriate solution with Russian Post.
We post all deliveries to the address you provide us with, so check your order dispatch email to ensure that the address is the right one. While Sasha Solomon Art accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers, we will investigate your specific situation and ensure we work towards an appropriate solution.
Can I change my order/ the details of my order?
We accept order cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind. Be sure to include your order number when contacting us!
Will my print arrive framed?
All prints are shipped unframed.
Are prints signed?
Yes, all prints are personally signed by hand before shipping out.
